This is the Disney Catalog presale lithograph for The Muppets: Kermit’s 50th Anniversary issued for the release of several Muppet DVD’s on the Walt Disney label celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Jim Henson’s ever popular Kermit The Frog. It was available with the preorder of either The Great Muppet Caper or The Muppet Christmas Carol in 2005. It is in new mint condition with the matching mat and envelope as issued fresh out of the shipping box from Disney. This litho is one of the best of the 14 that I got. The litho measures 11″ x 14” with an image size of 10 3/4″ x 7 3/4”. It shows most of your favorite Muppet characters including Kermit, Miss Piggy, Scooter, Fozzie Bear, Animal, Gonzo, etc., etc. The envelope features Kermit, Miss Piggy, and Animal. As with most of the presale lithos issued by Disney since 2004, it was not available through local Disney Stores in the Malls. These were only available through the Disney Catalog in very limited quantities (they ran out early!) and so they are much more scarce. It would make a wonderful addition to your Disney lithograph or Muppet collection. Don’t miss out. All lithographs are shipped inside a plastic bag to protect them from moisture and packed flat in a box packed tightly so that they can not slide around. Don’t risk buying from sellers who pack so poorly that your lithos will most likely arrive damaged!
